Analytics, Tracking & Attribution

GA4, GTM, server-side tracking and clean attribution models so every dirham of ad spend is measurable and accountable.

You cannot scale what you cannot measure, and most ad accounts I inherit are flying on broken or partial data — missing conversions, duplicated events, or attribution that hasn't accounted for iOS privacy changes and cookie deprecation. Fixing tracking is almost always the first, highest-leverage move in any engagement.

That starts with a proper GA4 and Google Tag Manager implementation, extended with server-side tagging so events survive ad blockers and browser restrictions. From there, platform-specific signals — Meta Conversions API, offline conversion imports for Google and LinkedIn, and CRM-qualified lead data — get stitched back into a single, trustworthy attribution model.

The output isn't a dashboard for its own sake. It's a measurement system reliable enough to make six- and seven-figure budget decisions on, and clean enough to defend in a board meeting or investor update.

How it works

01

Tracking audit

Map every conversion event across platforms and flag gaps, duplication, and discrepancies between ad platform and GA4 reporting.

02

Server-side implementation

Deploy GA4, GTM server-side containers and platform APIs (Meta CAPI, offline conversions) for durable, privacy-resilient tracking.

03

Attribution modeling

Build a multi-touch attribution view that reflects how your actual funnel works, not a default last-click model.

04

Reporting & dashboards

Custom KPI dashboards tied to contribution margin and LTV, so decisions are made on profit signals, not platform-reported ROAS.

Frequently asked questions

Why does my ad platform ROAS not match my actual revenue?+

Usually a mix of broken deduplication between platforms, missing server-side events lost to iOS tracking restrictions, and last-click attribution overstating or understating specific channels. A clean GA4 and server-side setup closes most of that gap.

Is server-side tracking overkill for a smaller ad budget?+

Not if paid media is a meaningful growth channel. Even modest budgets benefit from recovering the 10–20% of conversions that browser-based tracking typically loses — that's real spend being optimized against incomplete data.

Can you work with our existing analytics or CRM stack?+

Yes — the goal is integrating cleanly with what you already run, whether that's HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify or a custom stack, rather than ripping it out and starting over.
